This version of the Gateway Framework introduces metrics relating to the removal of Diffusion topics.
Note: as part of this release the metric `gateway.diffusion.publish.requests.total` was renamed to `gateway.diffusion.publish.request.total`, so it is consistent with all the other metric names. Any dashboards, alerts or recording rules referencing the previous name will need updating.
This version of the Gateway Framework fixes a potential memory leak where internally cached objects were never released, causing unbounded memory growth.
